Ten Features that Buyers like that help sell homes
When the housing market gets tough, small features of a home can make a big difference to buyers. Market the small features that may help to set your home apart from others on the market.


1. Outside security lighting.
2. Lawn sprinkler system (note whether or not it is computerized.)
3. Drawers that swing out in kitchen pantry.
4. Highlight any additional or unique storage areas in the home.
5. Exterior sound system speakers. (If they are to convey to new owners, that is.)
6. Special wiring with proper voltage rating for a future fountain or hot tub.
7. Electrical outlets on the exterior of the home.
8. Speaker wiring throughout the home. (A diagram would help as well.)
9. Availability of all permits and renderings from all substantial remodeling work.
10. Permanent outdoor gas grill with dedicated gas line.
