Many Investors find that REITs are the Right Choice
REITs are more commonly known as real estate investment trusts. This is one segment of the real estate market that did exceptionally well in 2006.
REIT's (Real estate investment trusts) invest in larger residential projects and commercial real estate, made investors as much as a 25% profit last year. This is about the same as previous years in the recent past.

While the world of brick and mortar real estate struggles to level out, more and more investors are discovering the value in REITs. Investors are finding value every quarter over the years.
