$5 is all it takes to make a Home More Appealing to Buyers
Real estate professionals say it only takes a small $5 investment to some quick and easy makeovers that can make your home more attractive to potential home buyers.
Here is a list of some $5 ideas:

Dribble a couple of drops of vanilla extract on your oven door. Set the temperature to low. It will make the house smell like you have just baked some fresh cookies!

Hang a small flag at your door that says "welcome."

Purchase a large pot of marigolds and place at your entryway or foyer. The color yellow makes people feel comfortable.

Fertilize your lawn in front and back so that it looks a nice, bright green.

Paint the doorway trim of high-traffic rooms such as your kitchen, bathrooms and front and back doors. This will remove dirt and fingerprint marks.

With these quick- facelifts, less can prove to truly be more!
