States Where Americans Live Longest lives
If you want to live to be 100, then move yourself to California, Colorado, New Mexico or Hawaii. According to a recent report by Eons, Incorporated, a company that publishes
information regarding live after 50, these are the states where residents enjoy the most longevity.

The reports ranked all fifty states using online data from over 450 thousand adults who are over the age of 50. A variety of factors were calculated relating to a long and healthy life.
Some highlights of the report include:
Best attitude towards aging: This includes a stress-free and optimistic outlook toward life which can contribute to longevity. The best attitudes were found in Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii, with honorable mentions going to Alaska, Colorado and South Dakota.
Good fitness routine: A simple, yet steady routine of exercise for at least 30 minutes for 4 days a week can help an individual ad 10 years to their life. The states with the best exercisers were New Mexico, Hawaii and Vermont. Honorable mentions go to California, Rhode Island and Florida.
The Longest Lives: Colorado, New Mexico and Hawaii. Honorable mentions go to Arizona, California and Vermont.
Lower age expectancy numbers: These states show the lowest age expectancy rates: Louisiana, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas and West Virginia. Keep in mind that the difference between the highest and lowest age expectancy was just below 3 years.
