New Home Sales Decline in November '07, Except California
The United States Commerce Department reported last week that sales of new homes went down by 9% in November from October to a seasonally-adjusted annual rate of 647,000. The last time that figure was that low was 12 years ago in April of 1995 when sales fell to 621,000.
