La Jolla Market Risk
Looks like there might be a new "risk list" when it comes to advising those wanting to invest in real estate. This "risk list" will point out foreclosures and other stressed short sales, as well as, advising investors on the places with the least risk to put money into.
The PMI Group heads the "risk list" and its job is to rate the risk throughout the country. The company, which is one of the biggest names when it comes to private mortgage insurance, gathers the data to rate the risk on home loans.

The "risk list" works by evaluating different markets and predicting which ones will have the best chance of devalutation during the next two years. Areas in California that made the list were Los Angeles and Riverside-Bernadino, which is said to have a 90% chance of devaluation. While San Diego made the list and is said to have a 50% chance of devaluation, I could not find La Jolla on the list, but La Jolla is unique within itself.
