Potential Buyers Set Downtown San Diego Abuzz
There is some real estate commotion happening in an area not too many expected. These days Downtown San Diego condos are once again causing some excitement and / or interest in potential buyers. The elevators in the Hi-Rise Downtown San Diego Condos are filling up with people who are serious about buying. These people are from Arizona, the San Diego suburbs, families looking to buy a condo and rent it out and even those recently retired.
What's the reason? Potential buyers are tired of waiting for the bottom to fall out. Rita Uberna of La Jolla says, "Prices right now are very reasonable and make for a good investment. My husband and I think the time to buy is now." The current frenzy is making some Downtown San Diego Real Estate Agents claiming that it has not been this busy in three years.

Usually, traffic results in sales. There is not enough proof at this time, but in the next couple of months, when buyers generally decide to start buying, we should have a good idea of what's to come. Those who were looking to purchase a condo in Downtown San Diego, three years ago, were paying 10 to 15 % more than what prices are averaging now. This fact, has several realtors thinking there has never been a better time to buy.
