Arizona Residents May Be Looking to Buy a Condo in La Jolla
In just a few months, it will once again be that time of the year again. The time when many Arizona residents will come to San Diego to escape the brutal heat of the desert land. However, they may not only be visiting for cooler temperatures. With prices being so good for San Diego real estate, some people are thinking of possibly looking, more in depth, at La Jolla condos for sale, or other areas of San Diego. An average price of a condo, in some areas of San Diego, has dropped nearly half of what it was two years ago and this has Arizona residents siding with owning a San Diego retreat.
James Beard, a Phoenix homeowner says, "we have always visited San Diego in the summer and some years we have stayed as long as three months. But now, with the way prices are, it just makes sense to purchase a place and maybe rent it out to people on vacation." The trend is continuing to stay busy for many San Diego realtors, which is still showing signs that the market appears to be recovering.
