Potential La Jolla Home & Condo Buyers on the Rise
Despite what the rest of the country, or California, for that matter, might be going through, La Jolla is busier than ever. We are seeing a record number of people interested in La Jolla Homes and La Jolla Condos. People are wanting to see homes and condos almost daily and it's not just the internet either. These are clients we meet and referrals mostly.
Another area that seems to be gaining a lot of momentum is the number of people looking for real estate in Carmel Valley and even the high priced real estate of Rancho Santa Fe. Of course, downtown San Diego condos are once again on the buyer menu. The area was as hot as could be a few years ago and then rapidly diminished into low sales, but we are also showing a lot of people downtown properties.
