La Jolla Condo Sales Report for January, February 2008
Twenty condos sold in La Jolla for the month of January 2008. The lowest priced La Jolla condo went for $287,000. It was a one bedroom, 1 bath and was 1 story. It was approximately 700 square feet and was built in 1972. The condo did have a balcony, 1 space carport and no view.
The highest priced La Jolla condo sold in the month of January sold for nearly 3 million dollars. This was a 3 bedroom condo with 3 bathrooms. It was a one story and had a fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. It was 2700 square feet and sported a two car garage. Seven La Jolla condos sold for over a million dollars in the month of January and three of them were over 2 million dollars.

Seventeen La Jolla condos were sold in the month of February. The lowest priced condo went for $260,000 and was approximately 713 square feet. It was a 1 bedroom, 1 bat and 1 story and had a parklike view.

The most expensive condo in La Jolla sold for over 1.4 million dollars. It was a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, split level condo. It had a ocean view and a 3 car garage. In February, there were only 3 condos sold in La Jolla that were over a million dollars.
