Rancho Santa Fe Home Sales Report for January 2008
In the first month of 2008, there were forty-four Rancho Santa Fe homes new to the real estate market. Only six actually sold at an average price of almost $5.7 million, while the median price was $3.5 million.
The lowest price paid for a piece of Rancho Santa Fe real estate, in the first month of the year, was less than $2.8 million. The home was as magnificent as expected and had four bedrooms and 5 baths. It was built in 1977 on more than an acre of land, had a parklike view and a swimming pool.

The most expensive piece of Rancho Santa Fe real estate went for more than $10.5 million and was originally listed at nearly $12 million. The pictures for this Rancho Santa Fe Luxury home were breathtaking. The home was very modern, originally built in 1999, and had all the modern necessities, including a movie room. The home had 6 bedrooms and 7 baths. This 2 story home sits on a lot that is over 300,000 square feet.

Just under the most expensive home sold in Rancho Santa Fe is a 5 bedroom with 2 optional bedrooms and 7 bath mansion, which sold for an even $10 million. The home sits on more than 2 acres of land and was equipped with closed circuit tv, housed in a gated community with its own onsite guard.
