Rancho Santa Fe Home Sales Report for February 2008
The February sales report for Rancho Santa Fe homes shows a slight improvement with 9 homes sold during the month. The selling price averaged a bit over $2.5 million and the median was $2.3 million. February saw quite a jump in listings with over sixty homes added to the Rancho Santa Fe real estate market.
Rancho Santa Fe is one of those places where, for the most part, the selling price rarely falls below a million dollars. February of 2008 is no different. The lowest priced home sold for a little over a million dollars and at one time was listed at over $1.5 million and later the price was brought down to approximately $1.2 million. This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, sq footage is estimated at 2,677 on almost 9000 sq ft. The exterior of the home is wood / stucco with slab floors and a 2 car garage.

The home that sold for the most during February was originally listed at nearly $6 million and sold for right under $5 million. This home was a 4 bedroom, 5.5 baths and was over 7000 sq ft. The family room, living room and master bedroom all had a fireplace.
