Del Mar Condo Sales for January 2008
Seems these days that the condo market in Del Mar is remaining quite balanced. At least that is the case with the month of January. There were five condos sold, averaging more than a $1.2 million dollar selling price. On the other side, there were five condos that were new listngs and had an average listing price of a bit over a million dollars.
The condo in Del Mar with the lowest selling price of $850,000, which is not too far from the original asking price of $867,000. It was later changed to reflect an openess to offers in the range of $800,000 to $869,000. This was a 3 story, Ocean view Del Mar condo, two bed, two bath and had approximately 1655 sqft of living space. There were two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The outside of the condo was wood & stucco and slab flooring.

The winner of the highest price award for a Del Mar condo sold in the month of January goes to a condo which was originally listed a little less than $1.8 million. The sellers were willing to accept a $1,725,000 offer. This condo has the ocean view and is a 2 story, 3 bed, 3 bath on nearly 200 sqft. It was built in 1975.
