seven sold within the $2 to 3 million range.

for $4.2 million. Then one that sells for $5 million (originally listed at nearly $6 million). The next La Jolla home sells for

The highest selling price in March goes to a 7 bedroom, 5 baths, 6000 sqft home, sitting on nearly 61 thousand sqft of land. The home
was originally built in 1922 and also is complete with a view of the Pacific. The listing price was almost $20 million and was
previously listed at an astounding $28 million. The accept offer was $16.5 million.
