La Jolla Homes Sales in April
So far in April, there have already been 9 homes sold in La Jolla. Last month, as reported in an earlier article, 17 homes sold for the entire month. In April, nothing has sold under a million dollars and the highest selling price, so far, is $5.5 million.
The home with the lowest selling price is over a million dollars and under 1000 sqft. It is a 2 bedroom home, 1 bath, 1 story and built in 1948. The home sits on a 2,731 sqft lot, with a large garage and a 1 car garage and appears to have no view.

For a little more the next home on the list sold for over $1.3 million and was originally listed at over $1.4 million. This La Jolla home comes with an ocean view and is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath and almost 2,500 sqft on a 20,800 sqft lot. The home is a 2 story home and was built in 1975 and has a 3 car garage.

The highest selling price, so far this month, was originally listed at $5.5 million and in a rare case these days actually sold for $5.5 million. No chance this one is not equipped with a stunning ocean view. It is a 6 bedroom, 7 bath, 2 story home. It is 4300 sqft on over 10,000 sqft of land and a 2 car garage. We will keep you posted.
