San Diego Housing Prices May be on the Rise
A real estate article came out on Yahoo yesterday stating that over the second half of the year home prices may start to
rise in San Diego. This is also what many experts have been predicting. Areas such as La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe
and Coronado are already doing well, but the signs are now indicating that the rest of San Diego County may be headed for
the same type of recovery.
Transactions actually rose in San Diego and assuming the streak will continue, it is a good indication that it is
easier for people to get loans. In addition, it shows a growing confidence in the San Diego housing market. When mortgages
are easily accessible and potential home buyers are seeing home values maintaining or growing, they are more inclined to
purchase a home.
The president of a Manhattan real estate firm says that there is almost always a 3 to 6 month gap from when transactions begin to
rise and when prices begin to go up.
