Four Homes Sold in Coronado in March
Last month, only 4 homes sold in Coronado. Not too good for the Coronado real estate market. The average sold price was over $1.5 million and the median sold price was over $1.6 million for a total of more than $6 million of real estate sold in the month of March.
On the other side, Coronado had 27 new listings totalling almost $60 million of new real estate added to the San Diego housing market. The average listing price is right at $2 million.

The lowest priced home sold, for the month of March, was $1.4 million. This home had 2 bedroom, 2 baths, 2 car garage and sits on a 7000 sqft lost. It was built in 1924 and had a wood exterior and a view of the evening lights and downtown San Diego.

The highest priced home sold for $1.7 million and it was first listed at almost $1.9 million. The home had 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 story, 2 car detached garage and was more than 2600 sqft.
