University City Homes
University City homes sold for last month totaled 6 and averaged almost %650,000, for a total of $3.8 million dollars worth of real estate sold. Remaining somewhat balanced, there were only 14 new listing added to the University City real estate market.
5 of the 6 homes sold for the month sold for less than $800,000 and not one home sold for more than a million dollars.

The lowest priced home sold for $508,500. This home was over 1,300 sqft and was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 story home, built on a 6,800 sqft lot. It was originally listed at $549,000, then later changed to accept offers between $519,000 to $549,000.

The highest priced home sold for $950,000 and was 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2317 sqft home on 6,186 sqft. The home is much more modern than the former having been built in 1988 and has been updated with granite counters.
