University City Condos
Last month there were 13 University City condos sold at an average price of $363,692. Listings continued to remain strong at 34 added to the market. The average listing price was a little higher than the selling price at almost $380,000. Where else could you buy a condo for $200,000 plus and have it be less than 600 sqft? This is still quite a deal in San Diego and especially not in University City. With its ideal location and quick access to La Jolla, Del Mar and Carmel Valley, University City is a great place to purchase a home or condo.
The lowest priced condo sold, in March, sold for its listing price of $225,000. The condo was small, at 535 sqft, but very modern inside with several upgrades, including granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. This was a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 story condo with a balcony and plenty of storage.

The highest priced condo was originally listed at $899,000 and sold for $790,000. The condo itself was stunning with large windows in the living room, with spectacular views. In fact, all the rooms have spectacular views. The kitchen had also been upgraded with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It was located in a luxury living community on the 18th floor. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 optional room, 1 story condo and over 1500 sqft.
