New Interest Rate Cut
More good news, if you are considering purchasing a new home or condo this year. The Fed has once again cut interest rates, this time by twenty-five basis points. This is the seventh time they have cut interest rates since September of 2007, but some experts are saying this will be the last. However, there will be a new watch & wait policy instated.
