La Jolla Condo Sales Report for April
Nearly double the numbers in March, April proved to be a good month for La Jolla condos. There were a total of 30 condos sold for the month. Three were under $300,000. Eight were $500,000 or less and only for condos sold in April went for over a million dollars.
The bottom of the list, for the month, sold for $245,000 and it was listed at $250,000. This was a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 691 sqft condo in La Jolla. It was within walking distance to UCSD. It also came with a 1 car parking space, with a view of the mountains / hills.

The top of the list was a 3 bed, 3 bath, 2716 sqft La Jolla condo and it was originally listed at more than $3.1 million, then later reduced to $2,995,000 and eventually sold for $2.8 million. The condo featured imported stone and italian windows and doors. It came equipped with 2 fireplaces and a private 2 care garage.
