La Jolla Homes Comparison
Last year, for the month of April, there were 57 new listings added to the La Jolla real estate market. The average selling price was over $3.3 million and the median listing price was just a bit less than $2 million.
This year, in the month of April, there were 71 new listings with an average listing price of over $3.6 million and a median listing price of more than $2.2 million.

Last year, 31 homes were sold in La Jolla for the month of April. The average selling was $2,312,496 with a median selling price of $1.9 million.

This year we saw quite a decline in sales with only 20 La Jolla homes sold for the entire month. The average selling price remained somewhat stable at $2,223,935 and the median selling price dropped by over $400,000.
