La Jolla Condo Sales Comparison
As previously reported, there were 28 condos sold in La Jolla, for the month of April. The average selling price was $690,214 and the median price was $555,000 for a total of $19,326,000 worth of La Jolla real estate sold. These numbers are down from the previous year.
In April of last year, 31 La Jolla condos sold at an average price of $766,241 and the median price was $525,000 for a grand total of nearly 24 million dollars worth of condos sold.

The average listing price for a La Jolla condo in April 2008 was $855,513 with more than 60 new listings added to the market. The median listing price was $759,000. The previous year the number of listings were about the same, but the average listing price was over a million dollars and the median listing price was almost $900,000.
