Outweighed by the new listings added to the market, Del Mar had 34 of them, at an average listing price of more
than $2.6 million.
Only one home of the eleven sold for under a million dollars and its selling price was $960,000. The home was a
one bedroom, 1.5 bath home built in 1972. It was 1,324 sqft and was built on an 8,300 sqft lot, with a view of
the evening lights. Originally listed at $1.1 million and later reduced to $1 million.
Six of the eleven sold for over $2 million dollars, but the king of the month goes to a $3.5 million dollar home. As you would
expect this
Del Mar home comes with an ocean view. The home was a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2 story home built in 1992. Talk about
a drop in price; this one was originally listed to sell at almost $5.7 million, then later changed to just under $4.6 million.
