Del Mar Condo Sales Down from Previous Year
Only two Del Mar condos sold in the last month. Although we are not talking giant numbers, Del Mar had a total of six sold the previous year. In 2008 there were 14 new listings, average listing price was less than $900,000. Almost matching last years number, in 2007 there were 15 new listings for the same month.
First on our list sold for $860,000 and it had 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and was a 2 story. The estimated square footage for this condo, with an ocean view, was 1864. In addition the place had been remodeled and it also had a private atrium entry with a cactus garden and waterfall.

Talk about a difference in selling prices; the last condo on our list sold for nearly $1.5 million. Initially, this incredible condominium was listed at almost $1.8 million. It was a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo and had 2,234 sq feet of living space. There was a fireplace in the living room and the master bedroom. Don't even think for a second this one didn't come with an ocean view.
