Downtown San Diego Sales Report
Over 37 million dollars worth of downtown San Diego condos sold last month. The final tally was 58 condos, with an average sales price of $683,813. On the other side of real estate, 190 new listings were added to the downtown market. The average listing price was a bit over $650,000 and a median listing price of $515,000.
As with most of San Diego, it seems that the average prices are staying the same, or as in this case - increasing, but the number of sales are down. In the same month a year ago, 69 condos sold in downtown, with an average price of $662,552. However, the number of listings were down compared to last year, with 177.

This year, the lowest sales price for a condo sold for $170,000 and as you probably expected, it's a one bedroom, one bath, 725 sqft condo.

This top of the list goes to a 2 bedroom, 1 optional, 2 bath, 1 story condo. It was nearly 2000 sqft, with a fireplace in the living room and 2 spaces for parking. The view of the bay, lights and ocean really took this place to the next level.
