Experts Say Loan Limits Still Need Increase
Even though there has been considerable help from the House, with increasing the loan limits, some experts are saying that it is not enough. The increase in loan limits definitely made a difference in California where the prices for real estate are much higher than other states.
Experts are more than willing to say that the increased loan limits have made a big difference in adding some much needed security in a real estate market that is still hurting. However, they feel that the Senate needs to increase the limits even more, otherwise there will be another unnecessary hit to an already fragile housing market.
