European Investors Still Eye California Real Estate
European Investors are continuing to see the benefit of buying real estate in California. The Euro is just about as strong as it has ever been against the dollar. This has many investors salivating at real estate bargains on the West Coast.
Some companies are even relocating their business, or adding a location because it just makes sense. Why not live near La Jolla when you can?

California isn't the only place that is seeing an increase in European investors. High-end properties in Montana and Wyoming are very appealing to investors who are looking for farms, or corporate retreats. The areas are much more secluded and are also closer to nature than what someone might purchase in California. However, California's proximity to the ocean will always be a natural selling point to investors and will keep them coming in, for years to come.
