San Diego's Housing Market Showing Signs of Improvement
There is a report that moving companies in San Diego are beginning to see a lot more action these days. For the past couple of years, business has steadily slowed, but it is looking like people are beginning to get back into the market.
Local San Diego moving companies are also reporting full schedules in the future and, in some cases, are claiming that they are "beyond capacity". This is exciting news because for the almost the first half of the year, movers were reporting giant declines in business.

Summer in San Diego is always a favorite time for potential homebuyers. "There always tends to be a bit of a drop off initially, when kids get out of school, but it quickly picks up a week or two later", says realtor Jim d'Artenay. Another factor in the recent market improvements are the people who have been waiting patiently in the background, waiting for the real estate market to bottom out. Those people have finally decided to dive in.
