La Jolla Home Sales Increase During Slow Season
La Jolla, CA - Home sales increase during slow season. The DataQuick president Marshall Prentice said, some people may look to October to November as proof that sales have bottomed. (DataQuick is a company that monitors real estate activity nationwide).

The usual trend is for sales to slow down during the holiday months but we are seeing more pending sales and buyers hitting the market.

Mortgage loans increased 3.5 % from Oct. to Nov. Buyers can still find 100% financing on conforming loans however jumbo loans are difficult to find.
