Assorted Real Estate Market Facts:
The California Association of Realtors recently reported that the median home price across the state for June of this year stood at $274,740.
The highest median home price in the state for the month of June was in the Santa Barbara region and came in at $850,000 for the month of June.

The lowest median home price in the state was located in the high desert region of the state and come in at $108,600 for the month of June.

The first-time buyer index for the state of California came in at an eligibility rate of 69% for the first quarter of this year. (Reported by the California Association of Realtors)
