San Diego Home Prices on the Rebound
I read an article today that named the top ten real estate markets that are beginning to see a rebound in home prices. San Diego was number six on the list.
The paragraph on the San Diego real estate market says that home prices in San Diego rose more than 1 1/2 percent, however, there was a 2 1/2 percent increase in July. Still home prices are down almost nine percent compared to a year ago. It also stated that San Diego has been slowly clearing out its foreclosures and those sales can be deceiving on the average price because that are sold at sometimes bargain prices and bring down the average.
