"Come On In!", while also open for lunch and dinner, is a great place to go for breakfast, especially when the weather is nice. There are a few tables inside and numerous tables outside on the patio. One orders at the counter, finds a table and the goodies will soon appear.
They have everything from muffins and bagels to eggs prepared several ways, including their wonderful Portobello Omelette, and a fabulous Breakfast Burrito with eggs, black beans, potatoes, tomato, green onion and cheddar cheese. They also serve a Power Breakfast of scrambled egg whites with scallions, tomato and basil that come with black beans and fresh fruit. They have very good Corn Meal Pancakes as well as various daily pancake specials.
On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays they have crispy Belgian Waffles served with fresh fruit. Should you feel extra hungry, two eggs can be added. They also usually have my all-time favorite, their Lemon Souffle Pancakes. Those with a side of bacon and a hot cappuccino… all I can say is "YUM!"
As they also do all of their own baking, they feature various scones, muffins and cakes, among which my favorite is their moist and flavorful Almond Cake, which can prove to be addictive.
