Turkey Day is done! Can 2011 be far off?
The year is rapidly coming to a close. It is going to be very interesting to see what the end of 2010 brings us all. Some will be happy to see 2010 behind us, it has been a tough year for the nation and for many individuals economically. Internationally things are a little tense and uncertain.

We can be confident that things in the economy will improve, jobs will come back and experience tells me that we will heal as a nation. I'm not sure what the lessons of the last few years will come to be, but the American spirit and will has been able to do the difficult, and even the impossible.

Think about JFK's challenge to put a man on the moon when we didn't even have the ability to orbit a satellite. Think about the challenges of AIDS especially in Africa and what seemed like impossible tragedy only a few short years ago and the progress that has been made in Africa and the World to help those with AIDS, because of the American science and generosity.

We get into the solution when challenged and we find answers. This year I'll be grateful for the year 2010 and glad it has past - so we can get on with the solutions for 2011. During this last month of 2010, there are opportunities beyond the "Black Friday" bargains. One opportunity you may find is that this is the optimal real estate purchase. With low prices and low interest rates and depending on the size of the mortgage your monthly housing costs could be from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars per month.
