5 Important Questions Home Buyers Should Ask
First-time home buyers tend to have a lot on their minds during the home buying process. It is important to consider all of the factors which will impact the enjoyment of their new home.
The following list includes valid concerns for anyone to consider when buying a property.

1. For condo buyers: Is there a maintenance fund, and how large is it? How often and by how much have the HOA fees increased in the past?

2. For homes near vacant land: Are there any existing plans to build upon, or alter the vacant land?

3. For pet owners: Are there any existing pet restrictions? Will I have a place to walk my dog? Hoe comfortable will my new home be for my pet?

4. For homes with basements: Does water seep into the basement or other parts of the home following rainstorms?

5. For Everyone: Who are the neighbors? Do any of the neighbors have noisy animals, hobbies or other activies?
