Del Mar Homes - Sales Report for April 2007
The Del Mar Real Estate report for homes sold in the month of April ended with a total of twelve. We have listed these homes along with details, starting with the lowest priced home and ending with the highest.
1. The most inexpensive of the Del Mar homes sold in April was originally listed at $799,000 - $865,000. It was a three bedroom home, two baths, one story, built in 1971 and was on a 6,500 sq foot lot. The home was listed in early January 2007. The ending sales price was $789,750.

2. Original listing price: $1,015,000. It was a four bedroom home, 2.5 baths, two story, built in 1997 and was 2,353 sq ft. Additional features include Forced Air / Central Air, Hardwood floors, two car garage (attached) and a view of the Greenbelt. The final selling price was $1,005,000.

3. Original listing price: $1,122,000. This home had three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one story, built in 1971, 2,300 sqft home on a 7,000 sqft lot. Other features included a view of the evening lights and mountains / hills. Exterior was wood / stucco, hardwood floors, central air, sprinklers and a two car garage. The home sold for $1,100,000.

4. Original listing price: $1,350,000 and later reduced to: $1,249,000 - $1,299,000. This home had four bedrooms, three baths, 2 story, built in 1971, 3,239 sqft home on a 15,400 sqft lot. Additional features central air, stucco exterior, slab floors and a two car garage. The home sold for $1,267,500.

5. Original listing price: $1,535,000. This was a five bedroom home, four baths, two story, built in 1988/2006 and was a 3,202 sqft home. Additonal features included an ocean view, stone / wood / stucco exterior, electric heat, three car garage, and a fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. The final selling price for this home was $4,250,000.
