January 2007. The ending sales price was $789,750.
2. Original listing price: $1,015,000. It was a four bedroom home, 2.5 baths, two story, built in 1997 and was
2,353 sq ft. Additional features include Forced Air / Central Air, Hardwood floors, two car garage (attached) and a
view of the Greenbelt. The final selling price was $1,005,000.
3. Original listing price: $1,122,000. This home had three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one story, built in 1971, 2,300 sqft home on a
7,000 sqft lot. Other features included a view of the evening lights and mountains / hills. Exterior was wood / stucco, hardwood floors,
central air, sprinklers and a two car garage. The home sold for $1,100,000.
4. Original listing price: $1,350,000 and later reduced to: $1,249,000 - $1,299,000. This home had four bedrooms, three baths, 2 story, built in
1971, 3,239 sqft home on a 15,400 sqft lot. Additional features central air, stucco exterior, slab floors and a two car garage. The home
sold for $1,267,500.

electric heat, three car garage, and a fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. The final selling price for this home was
$4,250,000.
