La Jolla Homes - Sales Report for April 2007
Quite a month for La Jolla real estate, with the final tally ending with 34 homes sold for the month of April 2007. More than half of the La Jolla homes sold were under $2,000,000. Seven homes sold for over $3,000,000 and the highest priced home sold for over $6,000,0000. We have listed some of these homes, along with details, starting with the lowest and ending with the highest.
1. The lowest priced of the La Jolla homes sold for $923,000 and was 736 sqft. It had 2 bedroom and 1 bath, built in 1941, 1 story and was on a 3,497 sqft lot. Additional features included a fenced in backyard, hardwood floors and a 1 car garage.

2. Listing price: $960,000. This was a 3 bedroom La Jolla home with 2 baths, 2063 sqft, 1 story, built in 1979. Additional features were stucco exterior, forced / central aire, cathedral ceilings, bay window, fireplace, 1 car garage and a roman tub. The final selling price was $959,900.

3. Listing price: $1,200,000. A 3 bedroom home, 1.5 baths, 1,600 sqft, built in 1945 and was on a 5,672 sqft lot. This home had an ocean view, stucco exterior, hardwood floors, forced air / natural gas and a 2 car garage. Ocean views / horizon views could be seen from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The final selling price was $1,170,000.
